What this policy will cover
- Information we collect: account details, animal records, photos and documents you add, and payment status from Stripe (MAR never stores card numbers).
- How sharing works: only people you authorize can see private records; public views show only what you approve.
- FOUND AN ANIMAL? lookups: what is recorded, and that a finder’s location is saved only with their permission.
- Emails we send, newsletter opt-in and unsubscribe.
- Data retention, account deletion (7-day safety period) and permanent MAR IDs.
